In today's Condo Closings, you'll see that Scenic Towers 12H closed. I watch that building very closely because the units there rarely come on the market and most that do, immediately sell. This one for example was in escrow in 4 days. I went to see it the day after it listed and there were many people there to see it at the same time and this wasn't an open house. Anyway, this one sold for $275K, $15,000 over the list price. My client that owns a unit in the building should be pleased to hear that.
