On Saturday (9a-930p) and Sunday (9a-5p), the big Okinawan Festival is happening at the Kapiolani Park. This is one of the biggest festivals of the year. Thousands of people turn out to experience the Okinawan Festival. There are booths with Okinawan foods and entertainment by local groups and groups from Okinawa. The largest bon dance in town happens on Saturday at 530p. Be sure to get there early for the best food selection!
