I am posting this morning's hotsheet from
Beach Bum Cafe in the Executive Centre, Downtown. I had an errand in town that gave me free parking for the day so that's why I decided to take advantage and walk her e for coffee and a bite to eat. I thought I'd mention this because if you look through the new listings under condominiums, you'll see a parking stall for sale in Executive Centre that is listed at $39,500 Leasehold by Prudential Locations, LLC. There is also the monthly lease rent expense of $306 a month. This is why I take advantage of any free parking in Downtown Honolulu.
