What do you have planned for this weekend?

Halloween is on a Monday this year, but I see a lot of haunted houses and other Halloween events going on this weekend.

Don't forget to check out Melissa Chang's Real Estate blog, reporting several East Honolulu neighborhoods ranking high on the national neighborhoods to Trick-or-Treat in.

Saturday morning, a bunch of us will be meeting up for our Saturday "#CoffeeCrew" at Beach Bum Cafe in Downtown Honolulu.  If you haven't tried their amazing cups of Hawaiian Coffees and feel like meeting up with us, come on down at around 10am.  There may be some special foreign coffees that we'll be sampling while were there too.

We'll be checking out the Honolulu Academy of Arts "Cinematic Treasures from China" event that kicks off on Saturday evening with a screening of Eat, Drink, Man, Woman. The screening that I reserved tickets for will have Taiwanese food served just before the movie begins.

Arts at Marks Garage started a "Haunted Garage" event.  I'm wondering if we'll be able to check it out after the movie on Saturday night.  We may not make it into downtown in time.

Oh, of course tonight is Eat the Street's "Dia De Los Muertos" food truck event in Kakaako.  Those of you who don't have the flexability of roaming around town in search of lunch trucks during the week, may enjoy having them all gathered at one event for you to try.  It begins at 4pm this afternoon.  My recommendation is to be there by 4pm if you really want to try food from more than 1 truck.

What events are you thinking of checking out?

Have a good weekend!
