The New Purchase Contract
Reviewing it again to be as familiar with
the changes as I could possibly be.

There is a new Purchase Contract Standard Form that will be in use beginning May 1, 2012. This morning I had another review of the changes presented by attorney Charles Goodin. There are lots of changes to become familiar with. If you are in the process of buying or selling, there is a good chance you may be working with the New Purchase Contract.
