It's the end of the week. How is your house hunting going? Have you decided to continue to wait until the first open houses of the new listings to get in there and see it? I stress you should not be doing that in certain areas or you will be too late.

On that subject, a recent listing on Bertram Street up Saint Louis Heights that had an accepted offer prior to its first open house a couple of weekends ago just popped back on the market. I really don't understand why the buyer gave up the property, but guess what? The listing agent has multiple offers in hand the morning after it changes status back to "Active". I really think this house a great buy!
