It's Sunday! You know what that means... public open house day in Honolulu. There have been a few writings about the current real estate market and they touch on topics like shopping for property by going to open houses. Let me say that going to open houses is always good. Even if you are not immediately planning to purchase or sell a home. Going to open houses is not the greatest shopping technique if you are under pressure to purchase in certain market places because of intense competition with other buyers.
