On today's hotsheet, there is a condo listing by BAIR in the Oahu Surf 2. It's described as a "Contractor's Special". We own a unit in building and we lived there for about 2 years as we renovated the unit. We really enjoyed the location in Waikiki. The price seems attractive for a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom condo in Waikiki.
