In the open house report, I see the 7th Avenue home that I looked at on Wednesday is open this afternoon. This home seemed unique to me because the looking at the home from the street or the exterior doesn't really impress me, but once inside it was a different experience. I really felt comfortable inside the home and I did not feel like I was right next to the Kaimuki Zippy's Restaurant. I can imagine this home offers amazing convenience for anyone that needs quick access to the Kaimuki area and its schools. Having a popular family dining restaurant right next door is also a bonus. If you have done a drive-by and did not feel like going in, I would go back and take a look inside.
