| Cup of "Saucha" - a Guatemala Finca Oriflama Coffee at Elemental Coffee. |
This morning I returned to Elemental Coffee to coffice. I'm having the "Saucha" as my first cup. Very nice taste with notes described on the menu as "citrus, cocoa & clean". There aren't any over powering flavors in this cup and I think it's a good one for those who like coffee with a very subtle citrus (sour) taste.
While I am enjoying this Saucha, I think I'm going to get the "Purusha" again for my second cup. That's more to my liking. :)
Oh, just in case you haven't been keeping up, I am in Oklahoma City right now. This is not in Honolulu.
