I have a "What did it sell for?" post this morning. A little over a month ago, I checked on a couple listings of Waikiki condos on Keoniana Street. One of them was a really nice corner unit in Oahu Surf 1, ML#: 1206118 listed by Prudential Locations LLC for $375,000. It recorded this week for $390,000, cash.
