The Honolulu Board of Realtors released the Residential Resale Statistics for July 2012 earlier this week. The statistics have been summarized in various news media already and here is one of those summaries by Honolulu Magazine: Number Crunching: July 2012.

Since it's been summarized, I just wanted to be sure you have access to the report along with a very brief comment from my point of view. If you observe all the statistics, I think what it comes down to is the inventory is continuing to drop. If you are contemplating on selling real estate in Honolulu, I think it's time to list (at the proper price of course)!
