What Did it Sell For?

Today's hotsheet has several homes that I posted instagrams of when I took a look at them when they first listed so I will be doing a "What did it sell for?" update today on these four properties.

Luawai Street ML: 1207144 This was listed by Herbert K Horita, Inc for $868,000 & it closed for $880,000.	Armstrong Street ML: 1205796 This was listed by Case Properties, Int. for $975,000 & it closed for $961,000.
Makiki Street ML: 1206185 This was a CPR that had 2 kitchens. Listed by Century 21 Kailua Beach for $750,000 & it closed at $725,000.	Wyllie Street ML: 1206858 This corner lot home in Nuuanu is my favorite of these 4. It was listed by Kahala Associates, Inc. for $815,000 & it sold for $850,000.
