It was ML 1206497, listed by Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties for $1,999,900. This home was also blogged by Melissa Chang in her Honolulu Magazine Real Estate Blog [post]. This property is the update to my "What did it sell for?" blog tag. It sold for just a few bucks OVER the list price and recorded at $1,999,999!
