I took a look at a new Wilhelmina Rise area listing yesterday afternoon. It is a home that has damage from a fire that occurred earlier this year. ML 1210384 is on Paula Drive and is listed by Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties. This could be a good project for a building contractor or architect. The home has some major damage, especially in the attic and roof. If you are able to build a new home or repair and renovate the existing structure, take a look at the Diamond Head view that you could design your home around. Views of The Kahala Hotel and the ocean are also visible from the other side of the current house. Showings are limited so contact your Realtor to schedule one.

The Honolulu Board of Realtors just released the August 2012 Local Market Update Report a few days ago. I posted it yesterday [Link]. This data could help determine the current market value of this home. Below is a snapshot of the Diamond Head Region's statistics. I have highlighted the ridges that are somewhat similar to Wilhelmina, where this Paula Drive home falls under. Of course, this data is representative mostly of just the few units that have sold in the past year. This also shows how limited the inventory has been in these areas.
