Back in June, I took a look at the first showing of a Kaimuki listing on Crater Road. It needed a couple of weeks of preparation prior to it being shown, but when I did look at it, it looked like a very clean older home that had some updates. This Kaimuki home (ML 1205980) was listed at $735,000 by Century 21 Paradise International and it recorded a few days ago at $715,000.
