The Honolulu Board of Realtors Releases March 2013 Residential Sales Statistics

The Honolulu Board of Realtors released the MLS Residential Statistical Report for the month of March 2013.


There were 213 single family homes sold in the month of March and the median price is up to $640,000. The median days on market is down to 22 days from 44 days in March 2012. There were 960 active listings compared to 1,231 last March. Home sellers received an average of 98.5% of their original list prices.

There were 585 condo units sold in the month of March (*Note: 174 of those units were a new project, Holomua, and are not resales) and the median sales price is $346,700 (*$340,000 if excluding Holomua). The median days on market is down to 15 days on market from 39 days in March 2012. There were 1,418 active listings compared to 1,751 last March. Condominium sellers received an average of 99.1% of their original list prices.
