On the hotsheet this morning, you will see one of the latest closings up Saint Louis Heights. It was the listing on Alencastre and it closed for $1,185,000. This is just in the right price and good timing for the latest listing on Saint Louis Drive that recently listed and was mentioned in my post yesterday. This neighborhood has been moving and I consider it a "hot market" up in the neighborhood right now!
