On this morning's hotsheet is a new listing at Maunaihi Terrace by iNet Realty. This one caught my eye because it has 2 parking spaces. It is rare to find a 2 bedroom (not a large one, but it is a 2 bedroom) with 2 parking spaces, in this price range, in town. The other units that listed and sold since January of 2011 only conveyed with 1 parking space.
