The market appears to be very active in several city markets. This report on the market in San Francisco caught my eye this morning because I will be there in July to study their market a bit.

S.F.'s diverse real estate frenzy expected to last

In that article, it says that San Francisco's median price for condominiums has jumped for a little over $600,000 in January to $680,000 in April. The median price for Honolulu condominiums in April's Statistics $319,000. That is quite a difference.
