Saint Louis Heights Tear Down
Last week, I mentioned a new listing up St Louis Heights that would most likely be a tear down. The offers will be reviewed for that property tomorrow. The large perimeter lot could be an excellent project for a developer if the right type of structure can be built there. The information for that listing is too the left (ML 1209105).
I am mentioning this again today because a new listing just down the street from that St Louis Drive listing came on the market yesterday. It is 2226 Noah Street and it is described as a 3 bedroom and 1.5 bath upstairs with a 2 bedroom and 1 bath downstairs that has been renovated in 2008 for and listed for $980,000 by Leslie S Hirahara Realtors. The lot is not as large and is not a perimeter lot like the St Louis Drive tear down listing is, but it is ready to live in. The view from Noah Street also has more power lines breaking up your view plane. Such a near by listing that is not exactly the same product coming on the market within days of the St Louis Drive listing makes me curious to see how it will affect the activity of each of these listings.
