I saw a few unique homes yesterday, while out to review new inventory. I will touch on a couple of the most interesting ones this morning.

I started by checking the new listing in Nuuanu on Park Street, ML 1209103, listed for $899,000 by Hawaii Resource Realty. The address has been withheld from the web so you should contact your Realtor if you are interested in seeing this home. I really liked the renovation of this 1,514 sq ft home and the bonus of the back yard having a foot path to Nuuanu Valley Park [Google Map]! Your easy to maintain lot size of 4,429 sq ft has its own small lawn areas and a nice sized deck, but just a few feet through the rock barrier and you have an amazing park! Pssst... a neighbor suggested I find a "quiet neighbor" for them. Could you be that new neighbor?

The 2nd home that I will review is a custom designed home on Portlock Road. This is 332 Portlock Road, ML 1209156, listed for $3,388,000 by Choi International. The home is furnished with stylish Italian furniture that would be included with the purchase of the home. This home was designed with professional tennis training in mind. Your private tennis court looks like it could host a mini USTA style event or a friendly barbecue and tennis match among friends. If you know a tennis lover, this just could be the home he or she is looking for!
