I made an appointment to take a look at a rarely available type of penthouse apartment yesterday. This is Penthouse 2502 at Parkside Tower, located at 2222 Citron Street. Parkside Tower is not a condominium with lavish amenities, but in my opinion, this is what makes this amazing penthouse something to consider if you are in the market for a condominium in the $1,000,000 price range.

There are many photos in the listing that can help one visualize the ambiance of the unit, but I think you have to be there to really see how this penthouse could work into your lifestyle.
