What did it sell for?

There are a bunch of Single Family Homes from my #RealtyRickSees stream that have closed over the weekend. I will follow up on those tomorrow or maybe spread them through the week. Today I will point out a 2 bedroom condo unit that has closed. It was the 2 bedroom condo unit at Maunaihi Terrace that was listed by Pacific Resource Realty, Inc. It was listed for $350,000 and recorded for that price after only a few days on the market. This is a very desirable building for many buyers that are in search of an apartment in town that comes with nice city views.

Now it's off to open houses... what will you be looking at this afternoon?
