At the end of last week, a few homes that I visited under my #RealtyRickSees stream recorded their sales prices. I updated the blog tag yesterday with the sales price of a Maunaihi Terrace unit and today I am following up with a couple of the Single Family Homes that closed.


First is a home in the Puunui area that was listed by Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties on Huene Street (ML 1209243). Coming on the market at $649,000, this listing was destined to be a "hot property"! This home was a classic home in good condition and I took a photo of its classic oven pictured here. This drew multiple offers and recorded at $719,000. This shows the demand for this type of home in this area.

The next home that recorded at the end of last week was also a Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties listing and this was on Haleola Street in Niu Valley (ML 1209418). The list price was $1,050,000 and that is also what the sale recorded at. The upper end of Haleola Street offers a nice ocean view out of Niu Valley. The photo I took was from the master bedroom. Similar views were visible throughout the multiple level home.

The sales price of this home could help a buyer determine the value of a recently listed on on the same street by East Oahu Realty, Inc. ML 1210592 is listed at $1,125,000 and offers a great view out of the open feel the home has to offer. A photo that I took from the entry of this listing is below.
