The trade winds have returned to Honolulu and it has cleared up the vog that we were plagued with during the prior days. While the vog occasionally does provide us with beautiful sunsets, when it is too thick, it just doesn't look that great. I prefer the vog-free sunsets, especially from home. The photo above is what the view looked like last night from Saint Louis Heights.

What did it sell for?

A few days ago, I updated my "What did it sell for?" posts with a closing that occurred up Saint Louis Heights. That was 1708 Saint Louis Drive and the post is here. Another Saint Louis Heights property has recorded since and that is 1858 Bertram Street, just a few yards away from my house. This home was listed by Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties for $860,000 and it sold for $835,000.

Another home that I have looked at several times up Waialae Nui Ridge, is 2362 Aha Maka Way B. It also just recorded at $3,050,000 and it was listed by Choi International for $3,180,000. This home showcased an amazing view of Diamond Head and the ocean throughout most of the home. It is also one of very few homes within a gated community up Waialae Nui Ridge.
