On this morning's hotsheet there's a recorded sale up Saint Louis Heights that was on my #RealtyRickSees stream. It is 1482 Alencastre Street [ML 1208206] and it was listed by East Oahu Realty, Inc. for $1,062,000. As you walk down to the home from the carport, you pass through a very nicely finished, but manageable landscaped front yard. I really liked the way each of the rooms took advantage of the view. This home also had a studio on the lower level that showcased much of the same views that were available from the main floor of the home. It sold for $980,000.
