What did it sell for?

A couple of homes that are from my #RealtyRickSees stream have recorded as sold.

3616 Manoa Road [ML 1209490] has recorded as sold for $896,700. The home was listed by Lee Realty, LLC for $899,000 and did not last very long on the market. The Manoa area's homes are what many buyers are out there looking for, ready to pounce when the right one comes around.

The other home is a Waialae Iki home on Poola Street. 5158 Poola Street [ML 1204965] was listed by Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties for $949,000 and it recorded for $941,000. I can't locate the photo that I took to remember this home, but I do remember the location of the back cottage had a nice view out to the ocean.
