In July, I posted about this Kaohinani Drive home that was listed by Keller Williams Realty (ML 1208171) in my #RealtyRickSees stream. The listed price was $850,000 and it recorded at $855,000. I particularly liked the tropical surroundings of this home and the water that flows through the property that could be heard through the screened porch area.
