The Honolulu Board of REALTORS® released the MLS statistics by neighborhood for March 2013. This report breaks down the statistics by neighborhood and allows us to see how activity is within neighborhoods and compare them to others.

I selected to highlight the Aina Haina and Kuliouou area to show how limited the condominium/townhouse market is in this area.
Back in February, I took a look at a rare townhouse listing that came on the market in Kuliouou Kai Villa. This was listed by Century 21 All Islands for $738,000 and it looked very attractive at that price for a 2 bedroom plus den, 2 and a half bathroom townhome with view of the ocean. This listing recorded yesterday for $745,000. This transaction is not in the March statistics, but this will be in the April statistics when they are released next month.
Currently there are no active listings in Kuliouou Kai Villa.
