What did it sell for?
Just to give an idea of how unpredictably high some offers are being made on listings that are priced well, I am pointing out this property that just recorded a sale on this morning's hotsheet.

This area is considered one of the "hot" markets in Honolulu with a lot of buyer competition and many buyers with cash offers. This home that was constructed in 1951 that appears to have no significant recent renovations or upgrades to it has recorded with a sales price of $876,500. That is $81,500 over the original asking price of the home.
